A Lively and Crisp Organic Light Roast Coffee Blend

Animo is a Spanish term meaning  “spirit “ or “energy”, the enthusiasm or excitement of life. We think this is the perfect way to describe this organic coffee blend; it is filled with personality. Amavida looked to craft a light roast coffee blend that was balanced, lively and representative of classic Latin American flavor profiles. A blend that was inviting and approachable, while dynamic enough to drink in any brew method. We chose coffees from producer groups like APECAFORM/ Manos Campesinas  in San Marcos, Guatemala, and Sol y Café /Cenfrocafe in Cajamarca, Peru. Coffees from these regions are expertly processed, and Amavida has deep-rooted, long-term trade relationships with all four of the producer groups on this list.

Animo Organic Blend is comprised of two seasonal coffees from Central and South America, and offers coffee lovers familiar flavor notes that are crisp, lively and clean. Though the individual coffees that make up the blend change due to seasonality, it is designed to offer a consistent experience. However you like to prepare your coffee, Animo will shine.  The cherry on top? This blend is always Fair Trade and Organic Certified.  This means Animo isn’t only delicious...by purchasing it you are also improving the livelihoods of the farmers that harvested it.
