We provide an unconditional satisfaction guarantee on our specialty coffees and organic teas, top-of-the-line equipment, and excellent service and training practices.

Purchasing

Placing an order for your favorite Amavida coffee, brewing accessories, or merchandise is easy with us. You can buy directly from our shop or by calling our toll-free number at 850-213-1965, ext. 2030. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Payments

For our customers’ convenience, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash is also accepted at your local Amavida Coffee cafes.

Reoccurring Subscriptions

When starting an Amavida Coffee subscription, you agree to be billed in a recurring fashion on a per-order basis until your subscriptions is a) canceled or b) paused. If pausing, the subscription will remain paused until the requested resume date or if a resume date is not specified, the subscription will remain paused indefinitely.

Your subscription may be canceled at any time via our website, through the phone, or via email communication with our customer support team. If canceling via phone or email, please allow up to 72 hours for cancellation.

You will be charged the same amount for each order that is generated from your subscription unless configuration changes are made to the subscription. This includes canceling a subscription and later starting one of a similar configuration.

The term of your subscription is continuous.

Shipping

At Amavida Coffee we follow strict quality control guidelines to ensure that every order is processed correctly and shipped quickly. Therefore, we roast and package our coffee for each order to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

As a result, online orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. If you require a special delivery or need expedited shipping, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Keeping our promise of unconditional satisfaction guarantee is of utmost importance to us. We will gladly accept back the items that did not meet your expectations. If you have any questions regarding our returns policy or an error was made on your order, contact us immediately.
